With the federal election approaching, now is the time to ensure that arts and culture remain a national priority. TNA has created a series of email templates to help you advocate for stronger investment in the arts, whether you’re an independent artist, an arts worker, or part of an organisation.
These templates are customisable and designed for different types of MPs and Senators, ensuring your message is relevant and impactful. Below, you’ll find a list of email variations with guidance on which one to use based on who you’re writing to and what you want to focus on.
All templates are based on the six recommendations TNA is making in the lead up to the election.
How to Use These Templates
- Find the template that best suits your advocacy goal.
- Copy and paste the template into an email.
- Personalise it – adding details about your work, your electorate, and any local examples.
- Send your email to your MP or Senator – their contact details can be found here.
The more MPs and Senators hear from their constituents, the more likely they are to support arts investment and policy improvements.
