Dear TNA Company Members,
Please join us for a short and sharp information seminar on planning for a future we can’t imagine. TNA has been hearing from company members since the start of the pandemic that some new skills and resources for new forms of planning would be appreciated – more urgent now as we emerge from lockdown and start to plan ahead.
In partnership with Creative Victoria, we have designed a one-hour session to give you some insight from two planning experts, with an introduction by Jane Crawley at Creative Victoria, and some tools and further reading as virtual ‘handouts’ at the end.
Free for TNA company members.

Thursday 26th Nov 2-3pm
Jane Crawley, Executive Director Creative Industries, Creative Victoria
Jane will reflect on observed trends from working with large and small companies grappling with disruption; and will make a case for why there’s no going back to ‘normal’. Jane will also give us a very brief overview of the Victorian Budget to be handed down on 24 Nov. Read more about Jane here. https://creative.vic.gov.au/about/who-we-are
David Sharpe, Business Advisor, Sharpe Advisory
With a focus on financial planning, David will guide us through the basics of scenario planning. He will outline how to define what is happening right now, and give ideas for how to navigate in such uncertainty – suggesting what data to use, timelines, and assumptions. Read his blog on how to manage through uncertainty. https://sharpeadvisory.com.au/covid-19-how-to-manage-through-uncertainty/
Jackie Bailey, Principal and Founder, BYP Group
Jackie will outline Theory of Change as an impact-driven planning tool; she will promote values-driven planning; and she will discuss action research as a useful model for iterative planning.
