Creating Out Loud : Participant Portal (Pre-Program)
This portal is designed for TNA's Creating Out Loud 2022 participants, and includes all documentation that you need to complete to be a part of the program and to receive any payments.
Before you begin
Before the 21st of February the following needs to be completed.

- Complete the pre-program survey.
- You will be paid $10 via Paypal for completing this survey - this payment is made by Kate Power & the University of Queensland.

- Read over this participant information sheet.
This relates to the University of Queensland research. You can check out the Frequently Asked Questions below if you need.

- Download and complete this University of Queensland Consent Form.
- You can check out the Frequently Asked Questions below if you need. You can type your signature.
- Upload your completed form to the COL Participant Form to the right.

- Download and complete this TNA Program Agreement Form. You can type your signature.
- Upload your completed form to the COL Participant Form to the right.

- Complete the participant form (to the right).
- We will use the banking details on your form to pay your $200 mental health allowance. This will be paid in the week of the 28th of March.
►
- If you are an independent (ie. are not support by a company to attend this program) please create an invoice for $450.
- This will be paid in the week of the 2nd of May. We will use your superannuation details from your participant form to pay superannuation on top of this - so please make sure you fill it in!
- Upload the invoice to the COL Participant Form to the right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pre-Program Survey
Can I still receive the $10 payment if I don't have a PayPal account.
No, unfortunately having a PayPal account is the only way to receive this payment from the University of Queensland.
My PayPal account has a different email to the one I gave TNA, is this okay
The Pre-Program survey will ask for your email address, you need to put the email that is attached to your PayPal account. If that is a different email to the one TNA has on record that is okay.
Consent Form
The participant information sheet says that only 'artists and art works in Queensland' can participate in this study, and I don't live in Queensland, can I still be a part of the program?
Yes, you can ignore that part.
What is 'Peer-Mentoring Circle'?
A 'Peer- Mentoring Circle' is just another name for your Creating Out Loud group. So when the consent for asks if you want to participate in a Peer- Mentoring Circle, you need to say yes.
What do I need to select when I am deciding what to participate in?
As part of the TNA program you will participate in 'the Peer-Montoring Circle', the 'Pre & Post Survey' and the 'Focus Group'. However it is your choice if you want to participate in the 'Individual interview'. The interview will not take place within the TNA program.

Once the form is submitted you can not edit, so please get in touch with us at TNA and we can assist you.

What do I need to include on my invoice?
