TNA’s Biennial Salary Salary Report captures the salaries, benefits, professional development budgets, tenure, and representation of small to medium organisations in the performing arts sector. In addition to benchmarking, it advocates for remuneration that is in line with similar roles in other sectors.

Eligible organisations are non-profit and for-profit arts organisations across Australia with salaried staff and with an annual turnover of $4m or less. This is not for independents, as they are surveyed separately resulting in the Independent Practice Report.

The published results are entirely anonymous and will be available to TNA members as a downloadable report from the website later in 2025.

The survey takes approximately 25 minutes to complete and will close on August 18th, 2025.
