15 Jul – Call for Research – TNA’s National Symposium on Theatre and Young People
Converge – a national Symposium in Melbourne (Wed 16 Oct) will present a range of evidence-based industry research. If you have a project that focuses on the impact of theatre on young people, we want to hear from you! Email Bethany with a one paragraph summary and link to your research by Mon 15 Jul 2019.

1 Sep – Carclew’s Project & Development Grants for Individuals and Organisations
Individuals – open to early career artists aged 26 years or under. Apply for up to $10,000 for projects or $3,000 for professional development. | Organisations – Not for profit or incorporated SA based organisations may apply for up to $20,000 for projects. Deadline for both opportunities: Sun 1 Sep 2019. More info.

12 &13 Sep – ‘Make Space’ – National Youth Arts Summit in Adelaide
Carclew invites young artists, arts workers and creatives across Australia join critical conversations on 12 & 13 Sep 2019. Day one for young creatives only. Day Two open to all. Earlybird tickets close 12 July. More info.

22 Sep – ArtPlay SIGNAL artist learning session: Making stories without words
Caroline Bowditch and Laura Hook lead this inclusive, multi-disciplinary session using design and non-verbal communication to create stories for young audiences. 10am – 5pm, Sun 22 Sep at ArtPlay, Melbourne.
