This Salon is an online information session for Circus and Physical Theatre (CaPT) artists and producers looking to understand how to pitch at arts marketplaces.
The webinar will look at pitching at formal marketplaces such as Leaps and Bounds and Showcase Victoria, as well as informal marketplaces such as Honey Pot at Adelaide Fringe and how to tackle them.
The webinar will cover how the pitches take place at each marketplace and what to expect, how to construct your pitch and materials i.e. what to include, and how to approach the networking sessions. The second half will cover how to approach Honey Pot – how to use the Delegate Finder to target relevant delegates, and how to talk to delegates at HIVE sessions. There’ll be dedicated time at the end to ask questions to sector professionals with experience pitching at arts marketplaces.
Whether you are pitching at Leaps and Bounds or attending Adelaide Fringe for Honey Pot, or just want an information session to get your head around pitching at arts marketplaces for the future, come along to the information webinar!
Join us for this Salon session on Thursday 1st February from 5:30pm – 7pm AEDT.
Live captioning of the session will be available.
Session will be recorded.
