TNA’s Circus and Physical Theatre Events: Melbourne and Mullum
The Victorian Touring Workshop with RAV and VAPAC will have a session specifically for the CaPT sector: Touring Circus & Physical Theatre 101, with Elena Kirschbaum, Highwire Events & Entertainment and Hannah Cryle, Pants Down Circus. Regos open 2 October. And TNA has commissioned a consultation session at the Mullum Circus Festival this weekend, to hear about the sector’s needs. Youth Co-Facilitator – Circus Community Visioning Forum – Sydney Festival, Circus City, Parramatta
Josh Hoare, Artistic Director at the SA Circus Centre and Cirkidz, is looking for a Youth Co-Facilitator to work with him at the Circus Community Visioning Forum during Sydney Festival, Circus City, Parramatta, 16 to 8 January 2018. Ever thought about running away to the circus? Check out Women’s Circus’ purpose-built circus space and try out some circus basics including acrobalance, aerials, and juggling. Proudly presented by VAPAC, TNA and Regional Arts Victoria, the Touring Workshop is designed to provide practical advice, support and networking opportunities for producers ready to take their shows on the road or just starting out. Includes sessions on touring independently, removing barriers for your audience, working with venues to maximise marketing opportunities,  budgets, tech and touring models. Rego opens 2nd Oct.
